A Planet of Grace, Images and Words from Biosphere One by Bernadette McCarver Snyder, James Stephen Behrens, OCSO

Product Description
We live on a blessed, beautiful, but endangered planet. Sometimes we take all God has given us for granted. We forget that the environment—the ocean waters, the air we breathe, the entirety of our biosphere—is our responsibility. If we don’t care for it, no one will.
A Planet of Grace: Images and Words from Biosphere One pairs the contemplative writing of Bernadette McCarver Snyder with stunning photographs from James Stephen Behrens that together remind us to always revere God’s generous Creation. Snyder explores aspects of today’s green movement while searching for ways just one person can make a difference. Each meditative essay concludes with a prayer, and inspirational quotes throughout remind us that good stewardship of the Earth is something many have taken seriously. Behrens’ photographs, shot on location at the Monastery of the Holy Spirit in Conyers, Georgia, remind us exactly what Christians must take stewardship of.
Renew your commitment to good stewardship: perambulate through the vast corners of creation in A Planet of Grace.
